Compliant with EU GDPR Art. 13 and Art. 6. The notice covers legal basis, data minimization (GPS only at clock-in/out, no continuous tracking), retention periods and data subject rights.
* By law (GDPR Art. 13), every employee must sign a privacy notice before being geolocated. Most GPS software does not handle this: the legal risk stays with the employer.
