What the data protection authorities’ rulings on location tracking, camera surveillance and attendance say when you line them up. Every number is computed from the register, and every row of that register links to the official document.
A warning before the numbers. This counts the rulings authorities PUBLISH, not the ones they issue: Spain puts every resolution online, Germany almost none. So it is not a ranking of where workers are watched most, and that is why there is no per-country chart here. It is a picture of what is public and verifiable, nothing more.
